Media Client Partner Assembly. Description. We're looking for a Client Partner to lead our client portfolio in the Italian market. This role will provide knowledge of local publishers, platforms and bridge the gap between global and regional strategy. They will be the key point of contact for in region stakeholders, building strong relationships and seeking out opportunities for future growth.. We're looking for someone who is proactive, and who is constantly looking for creative ways to achieve exceptional results; someone who can build lasting relationships at all levels both internally and externally.. The Client Experience and Leadership function is the main point of contact between Assembly and its clients across all agency services. Working across all internal teams, the CEL function is uniquely positioned within the business to ensure clients ambitions are realised in a timely, consistent and commercially conscious manner.. This role will be aligned closely to our regional Centre of Excellence (COE) team in London, forming part of a network of local market teams. Our client comprises a number of brands, so this role will involve a portfolio of brands that the Client Lead will be responsible for.. Responsibilities. Act as senior client lead across the Italian market. Develop excellent client relationships at all levels, across our clients brand and marketing teams. Work with internal teams to manage priorities across channels/specialisms and ensure client deadlines are met. Have a multichannel view of all priorities/tasks across channels.. Work with channel/specialist teams and the client to project manage these & set client expectations for delivery. Ensure all project plans and process documents are maintained and kept up to date. Attend multichannel client meetings & work alongside the COE team to drive multichannel strategy. Keep abreast of channel and product updates within the agency, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate. Requirements. Fluent in Italian. Experience of working within the Italian market with knowledge of local publishers, platforms and audiences.. Ability to manage a portfolio of client brands. Digital marketing experience, preferably in a digital agency. Excellent understanding of all digital channels including PPC, SEO, Display and Paid Social as well as offline channels Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Numerical and analytical. Results and target driven with excellent attention to detail. Able to prioritise and multi-task, working with all agency departments as well as independently. Proactive, motivated, self-starter. Confident client facing attributes. Benefits.
