MS Office and.  have hands-on experience with . Salesforce. and . Docebo. as a Learning Management System (LMS). Managing direct reports is part of the role, so experience with . leading teams. is crucial.. A proven track record of . disciplined planning skills. and . project management techniques. is important, as you will be required to complete projects on time and ensure seamless operational processes. You should be . detail-oriented. , able to self-review your work, and adept at . communicating effectively. —whether it's through public speaking, writing, or facilitating training sessions.
