We are a fully remote organization with team members working in North America and Europe. For our global team to work together, we need to have a degree of flexibility in work schedules. This means that if you’re on the west-coast you may see the occasional 7am meeting on your calendar. . What You'll Do:. Strategic Support:. ·       Assist the executive team in developing and executing strategic initiatives. . ·       Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making processes. .  . Project Management:. ·       Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals. . ·       Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. .  . Communication:. ·       Facilitate effective communication between executive leadership and various departments. . ·       Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for meetings. .  . Operational Efficiency:. ·       Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of solutions. . ·       Assist in the development and maintenance of organizational policies and procedures. .  . Team Collaboration:. ·       Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with team members across all levels. . ·       Participate in team meetings and contribute insights and ideas. .  . Administrative Support:. ·       Provide support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. . ·       Assist with the preparation of agendas and meeting minutes. . Skills & Experience We're Excited About:. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. . 1-3 years of experience in a project management, administrative, or operations role. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. .
