This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.. What you’ll do at Figma:. Identify opportunities to evolve Figma’s core products, as well as grow our product suite. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning. Partner with Product leadership, Design, and Engineering to set strategy, and define long term vision for your product area. Drive execution of product strategy by building effective roadmaps and motivating cross functional teams around a shared vision for success. We'd love to hear from you if you have:. 4+ years of professional experience building and shipping user-facing software features and products, or platforms that power multiple features. Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams through the product development process. Experience delivering high quality product solutions that drive significant impact. While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:. Demonstrated experience building design or developer tools, or the platforms that support them. Entrepreneurial experience or instincts. The ability to communicate at all levels--from coaching folks earlier in career to executive stakeholder management.
