As Warp’s Growth Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading our paid marketing, lifecycle marketing, and partnerships. You will develop and execute campaigns that engage developers and drive sustainable growth across the developer community. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build a comprehensive approach to demand generation, tailored to the unique needs and behaviors of our developer audience. You will report to the Head of Growth and work across the Growth, Finance, and Product. . Responsibilities. Lead Paid Marketing Strategy: . Own and optimize paid and performance marketing channels, from planning through to execution, with a focus on delivering measurable results and maximizing ROI.. Lifecycle Marketing. : Develop and refine lifecycle marketing initiatives to nurture leads and increase engagement, using insights and analytics to create personalized developer journeys.. Partnerships. : Identify, establish, and grow strategic partnerships that amplify Warp's reach and appeal to developer audiences, focusing on channels that enhance product adoption and retention.. Analytics and Operations:. Design and manage reporting frameworks to track and analyze key growth metrics. Ensure all campaigns are data-informed, leveraging insights to continuously improve strategies and tactics.. Reporting & Insights:. Manage performance marketing goals, forecasting, tracking progress and reporting on key performance indicators. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports. Consistently share back insights from experiments or research to the rest of the organization.. Cross-functional Collaboration: . Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to align on messaging, target audience, and shared goals, making sure our demand generation efforts are deeply integrated with product and brand initiatives.. Qualifications. 7+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a strong focus on the developer audience.. Proven success managing paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media, programmatic), lifecycle marketing, and partnerships, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. You experiment and double down on the experiments that work. You like quickly validating concepts through MVPs.. Familiarity with the developer ecosystem, developer personas, and developer-centric messaging.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling messages for developers.. Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.. You have a passion for learning more about the terminal and developer tools.. You are willing to roll up your sleeves to do all things necessary to make an early-stage startup successful.. Preferred Qualifications. Experience in developer tools, infrastructure, or related industries. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Strapi, Metabase, Customer.io, Segment. You have experience coding. Fluent in SQL. Total compensation at Warp consists of two parts: 1) a competitive base salary, and most importantly, 2) meaningful equity..
