You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless, user-centered designs for complex enterprise workflows. User-Centered Design: Develop a deep understanding of our users, their workflows, and their challenges, applying this knowledge to create intuitive, efficient, and delightful user experiences.. Design Systems & Component Libraries: Lead efforts to enhance and expand our design system and component library, ensuring design consistency, scalability, and reusability across our product suite.. Data Visualization: Design data-rich interfaces and visualizations that help users gain insights, make informed decisions, and achieve their goals effectively.. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other UX Designers to define and execute on product goals. Ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.. UX Operations: Help define and refine UX processes, documentation, and tools to improve efficiency and collaboration across the UX team. Champion best practices and UX standards to streamline workflows.. Prototyping and Testing: Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and iterate based on feedback.. Mentorship and Thought Leadership: Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a collaborative, user-centered design culture at Tempo.. Who you are. Experience: 5+ years of UX design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in enterprise software design, data visualization, and design systems.. Design Systems Knowledge: Proven experience creating, managing, or contributing to a design system and component libraries in a large-scale software environment.. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and user testing methods.. UX Operations Acumen: Knowledge of UX operations, including processes, workflows, and tools to improve team productivity and collaboration.. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems into actionable, user-focused solutions..
