A Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a customer-facing role responsible for building relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maximising the value customers receive from a product or service. CSMs act as advocates for the customer, working closely with them to achieve their desired outcomes.. Responsibilities:. Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers. Onboard new customers and ensure they understand the product or service. Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions. Track customer health and usage data. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Manage customer churn and renewals. Provide ongoing support and training. Gather and analyse customer feedback. Collaborate with other teams (Sales, Revenues, Product). ABOUT YOU. 1 year experience in customer service or account management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Data analysis skills. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
