What we’re looking for. The Senior Recruiter at Massive Rocket is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire top talent globally. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job postings, and source candidates through various channels, including direct recruiting, job boards, and referrals.. You will maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit. Guiding applicants through the hiring process with clear expectations is essential.. Responsibilities. β€’ Assist in the full cycle recruitment process, including developing and implementing strategies for finding qualified candidates.. β€’ Source and contact qualified candidates through direct recruiting, job boards, databases, employee referrals, and other methods.. β€’ Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.. β€’ Maintain up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and guide applicants through the hiring process, providing clear expectations.. β€’ Establish talent pipelines for future hires and track recruitment campaigns to advise the teams accordingly.. β€’ Evaluate applicant qualifications through various assessments or interviews to determine their fit within the organization's structure and culture.. Experience. β€’ 5+ years of experience in recruitment roles. β€’ Knowledge and understanding of skill required to deliver the following types of projects: CDP, CRM, Data, Engineering and Integration. β€’ Extensive experience in working with the Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse). β€’ Experience interviewing technical candidates and engineers. β€’ Knowledge of human resource processes and best practices.Relevant software applications for job postings, tracking information and documenting procedures (e.g., Asana, MS Office Suite). β€’ Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, organizational and customer service skills combined with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Ability to take initiative while working both independently or as part of a team. β€’ Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within a corporate structure through diplomatic approaches reflecting understanding & adherence to business environments & cultures. Bonus Experience. β€’ Agency experience preferred. β€’ Braze Marketer Certification. β€’ Experience using Asana, Jira, Google docs..
