We’re looking for an innovative and data-driven GTM practitioner to lead and scale our demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. Our small, but mighty marketing team have delivered some pretty respectable outcomes to date and we’re now looking for a seasoned expert who loves early-stage startups to take us to the next level.. Your responsibilities will include:. Developing and executing targeted ABM campaigns: Create and implement targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to engage and convert target accounts in key geographies.. Lead acquisition: Collaborate with our Head of Content to produce campaigns that build and maintain a robust pipeline through events and webinars, LinkedIn, email, conferences and other channels.. Campaign optimization: Track and measure campaign performance to improve conversion rates.. We'd love to hear from you if you:. Have 4-6 years of experience in GTM roles at B2B SaaS startups, ideally with a focus on outbound and ABM strategies, developing and executing successful multi-channel demand generation campaigns.. Have strong analytical skills (SQL ideally) and experience building best in class GTM tooling.. Have a bias for action and enjoy the fast-paced startup environment.. Have a deep understanding of B2B sales processes and best practices.. Are a natural team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product..
