As the senior product manager of the Records and Events teams, you’ll work with an amazing team of engineers and a UX designer on HubSpot’s most used page with over 13 million views per day. This role involves leading two critical team missions: Records and Events. The Records team is responsible for creating a complete view of the customer and making it easy to find answers to questions. The Events team owns capturing a complete view of customers’ activities to provide an accurate recap of everything that has happened with a customer. As our customers often say, “if it’s not logged in HubSpot, it didn’t happen.” This is a platform role that serves both external customers and internal product teams. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help launch the next evolution of AI-powered CRMs. The ideal candidate has experience with technical platforms, cross-team collaboration, communication, and ruthless prioritization. Here are some projects you’ll work on: . Records FE & BE teams. Improve records and preview sidebars so that they’re less overwhelming and more curated to provide customers with the information they need upfront. Transform records into dynamic pages that change content depending on relevant context like which user, what they’re trying to accomplish, etc.. Embed AI insights throughout records and preview sidebars so that customers can easily understand and action data instead of spending time interpreting it.
