Inside Sales Lead Canvas. Responsibilities: . Directly manage a small team of inside sales account executives and sales development representatives and develop/grow the team over time.. Develop sales strategies and processes to ensure consistent delivery of targets and revenue forecasts. This may include account ownership, go-to-market sales approach, sales funnel optimization, etc. . Collaborate with other cross functional teams including Marketing, Product, Operations and CS to build an industry leading GTM engine. . Close top tier SMB / Mid-Market leads as needed by successfully conveying Canvas’ key value propositions and educating prospects on our various solutions. Protect Canvas’s brand position as an expert in our space with key prospects and operate in a manner that’s consistent with our brand standards.. Use Hubspot CRM reports and dashboards to share your team’s progress towards assigned Sales targets and trends.  . Fail fast and iterate mentality -  continuously test and learn to improve on outreach strategies over time to increase velocity and successful conversions.. Qualifications: . 7-10+ years of experience in technology sales and 5+ years of experience having managed, led, or mentored other salespeople.. Experience selling to architecture, interior design, or construction professionals is a plus.. Strong understanding of programmatic selling, incorporating lead generation, setting sales strategy, and aligning team structure.. Confidence and interest in developing an inside sales organization, implementing strategies, and escalating resource needs accordingly.. Previous history of success hitting and exceeding goals in a results-oriented role.. Proficiency in Hubspot Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strongly preferred; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where urgency, flexibility, and adaptability to change are essential.
