We are expanding our Enterprise Business Team and are looking for experienced Enterprise Sales people to join the team! In this role you will be working on accounts of 1000 + employees across the life science, biopharma and biotechnology industry. In this role you will have an uncapped commission structure with accelerators 🎉. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about sales, tech-savvy and understand the Scientific markets. This is an excellent opportunity to join a scaling team as one of the first Enterprise Sales people and work closely with the CRO to maximise enterprise sales at SciLeads. We promoted over 23% of our employees last year and as the team continues to grow, there will be opportunities to develop and advance your career with us. .  . Key Responsibilities: . Demonstrate our product to existing customers to grow our sales within the company. Ensure renewal of key accounts. Mapping out key accounts and multi threading the sales approach. Liaising with the enterprise SDRs and enterprise CS Managers to strategically grow accounts. Create Marketing plans for specific accounts alongside the Marketing Team. Achieve and exceed sales targets . Command, report and forecast sales activity. Attend Scientific Tradeshows (though only if travel is your thing).  . Essential Skills and Experience: . Experience closing large SaaS contracts . A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets . Familiarity with sales training methodologies such as the Sandler methodology . Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Positive attitude, high energy, drive, and a sense of urgency.  . Desirable Skills and Experience:. 3 + years of SMB Enterprise SaaS Sales experience . A background selling within the Scientific Industry . An interest in the life science, biopharma and biotechnology industries. Experience using the SciLeads platform.  . Benefits: . Uncapped commission structure.
