What you’ll do:. Lead, manage and mentor a team of System Administration professionals to build operational capabilities and processes within the IT Engineering organization.. Develop and implement best practices and standards across IT Engineering teams to increase efficiency and streamline operational support across multiple engineering teams. . Manage the consolidation of alerting, monitoring, maintenance, and support processes to scale and enforce consistency across teams.. Coordinate with the team and stakeholders to build standard operating procedures.. Ensure the team remains effective and excel at supporting IT systems.. Keep stakeholders and engineering teams accountable for delivering systems that can be properly supported. . Analyze and refine support and maintenance processes to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance the overall experience for Pinployees.. Implement automation and self-service options where possible to streamline operations.. Use a data driven approach and key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement..  . What we’re looking for:. 5+ years experience service management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role or similar experience.. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.. Strong understanding of technical infrastructure, systems, and tools used in an IT Engineering environment.. Proficiency in a wide variety of servers, applications, or SaaS services, with the ability to rapidly adapt and master emerging technologies.. Proven track record of organizational, leadership and project management skills, with the ability to direct multiple priorities.. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications.. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work, work autonomously with minimal oversight, and be proactive with communications and task prioritization..
