Collaborate with third-party partners, including our partner pharmacy, to ensure the timely manufacturing and delivery of medical products to customers.. Cross-functional Collaboration:. Work closely with the General Manager, customer experience team, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence.. Process Optimization:. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of operations.. Problem-solving:. Troubleshoot and address operational issues as they arise, taking a proactive approach to maintaining smooth workflows.. You Have:. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an order fulfillment operation, with exposure to supply chain or inventory management. Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.. Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party partnerships effectively.. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.. Hims and Hers UK is a fully remote workplace, however the Operations Manager will work closely with our pharmacy partner located in Dagenham, Essex.
