Customer Success Manager Creatio. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for the SMB and Corp segment market to join our team. . Working on our team as a Customer Success Manager position involves:. managing customer portfolio effectively through regular meetings with customers and their assigned integrator partners;. collecting feedback from customers about the Creatio system and satisfaction with the partner’s implementation project solution;   . developing and maintaining trusted relationships with key partners and their customers;. driving customer retention and renewals by building strong relationships;. collaborating with our Business Analysts, Developers, Product, Support and Sales teams to drive customer implementation projects, adoption, and growth.. Candidate Expectations:. 3+ years of experience working with global SMB or Corporate segment customers;     . English language — Advanced; . experience in implementing/customizing corporate software;    . excellent communication and presentation skills;     . experience with CRM / ERP / Core systems;. experience in problem-solving, working with customer objections;. experience in conducting trainings and presentations;     . understanding business needs with further translation into the requirements..
