M&A Integration Figma. The Corporate Development & Strategy team focuses on M&A, Figma Ventures, strategic opportunities and long-term product strategy. This role is an opportunity to build a new function from the ground up as the company’s first integration hire. This position will work closely with key executives and internal cross-functional stakeholders to directly impact Figma’s future growth.. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.. What you’ll do at Figma:. Create playbooks and processes as the foundation for future M&A. Actively participate in diligence processes including advising on deal structure, GTM integration, strategic business questions, etc.. Captain and product manage cross-functional workstreams for all parts of integration. Report to executive leadership on integration milestones. Build a best-in-class integration function at Figma. We'd love to hear from you if you have:. 6+ years of relevant experience in M&A integration, business operations, consulting or other strategic business roles . Ability to manage complex processes from start to finish and a desire to work cross-functionally . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to drive projects to completion. While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:. Experience running M&A integrations end-to-end.
