The duties of a Senior Collections Specialist include collection calls and correspondence in a fast-paced, goal oriented collections department.. Providing customer service regarding collection issues, account review, and resolving client discrepancies.. Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned portfolio of 100+ accounts.. Perform varying tasks and duties necessary to reduce Accounts Receivable.. Work cross functionally with sales reps, account managers, and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.. Must communicate & follow up effectively regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.. Ensure compliance with SOX and company policies.. Provide excellent and considerate customer service to customers.. Work independently and with management to improve collections processes and analyze current state of business.. Embrace HubSpot's culture code, and further it.. Qualifications:. Are fluent in both English & German (verbal and written).. 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role.. Experience working with ERP systems and MS office tools, especially Excel.. Experience with NetSuite is a plus.. Ability to work independently, and as part of a team in a high volume faced paced environment.. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.. Commitment to excellent customer service..
