As a Senior People Ops Specialist - Functional Transformation, you will leverage your experience in People Service Delivery, Process Management and People technologies to optimize employee engagement and operational excellence.. In this role, you’ll get to:. Enhance People processes by designing and implementing streamlined workflows and automation.. Collaborate with project stakeholders to determine project scope, desired outcomes and resource requirements by leveraging standard tools (i.e. guided interviews, project charters and workflow analysis). . Proactively monitor projects, identifying issues and implementing solutions to mitigate risks.. Cultivate enduring client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted People Operations advisor.. Contribute to the development of a multi-year People Operations Strategy, delivering measurable results and risk mitigation.. Research, analyze, and prepare quarterly reports on People trends, People Ops project pipeline and current program goals and progress.. Apply digital People technology and AI trends to propose innovative solutions.. Engage with HRIS, IT, other People teams and Business Leaders to align business requirements and design features.. We are looking for people with:. 4+ years of People experience in People Shared Services, Service Delivery or People Operations, utilizing a ticketing solution (i.e. servicenow).. 2+ years of experience managing cross functional projects.. 2+ years of experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis).. Proven success in global process transformation and efficiency programs.. We also value:. Certified Six Sigma Green Belt with experience in process optimization.. Ability to analyze ambiguous data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.. Strong communication and presentation skills.. Experience leveraging People Technology to improve employee workflows.. Ability to influence decision making, inspiring teams and navigating complex environments effectively.
