The Vendor/Partner Sales Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for developing and selling partnerships with vendors in the event industry. This pivotal position involves creating mutually beneficial relationships, connecting vendors to music and event creators, and driving the establishment of a robust vendor/partner marketplace. Develop and execute a strategic plan to build and scale a vendor/partner marketplace that aligns with the needs of event creators.. Identify, prospect, and secure partnerships with vendors across various event industry categories (e.g., Staffing, equipment, venues, etc.).. Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual success and sustained revenue growth.. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver solutions that integrate vendor offerings into the marketplace.. Achieve and exceed revenue targets by driving vendor adoption and participation in the marketplace.. Educate vendors on the benefits of partnering with our company and ensure seamless onboarding processes.. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.. Provide regular reporting on sales performance, partnership progress, and marketplace development..  . Qualifications:. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).. 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the event industry or a related field.. Strong understanding of the event industry landscape, including key players, challenges, and opportunities.. Demonstrated success in business development and building strategic partnerships from the ground up.. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills..
