Act for continuous process improvement, proposing and implementing new recruitment practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.. Collaborate closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.. Minimum Qualifications.
