Value Engineering Expertise. : 3-5+ years of experience in value management, consulting, or engineering; deep understanding of building quantitative and qualitative analyses.. Data Storytelling Skills. : Ability to analyze complex data sets, create compelling customer-facing stories, and communicate findings effectively from technical to executive level audiences.. Cross-Functional Collaboration. : Experience partnering with GTM leaders (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing & Finance) to define and align on Grafana's value propositions. . Bonus: . 3+ years of Observability experience, preferably with Open Source tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Loki. Familiarity with the Open Source landscape and community.
