Design, model, and animate distinctive 3D digital avatars and collectibles for flagship fan applications. Create high-quality GLB files optimized for web and mobile platforms. Collaborate directly with esports teams to transform their ideas into 3D wearables. Required Qualifications. 3+ years of professional experience in 3D design. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating detailed 3D assets and characters. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and texturing software. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience with real-time 3D graphics and optimization for web/mobile platforms.
