In this role you will:. Build, monitor, optimize, and analyze campaigns across a variety of platforms, including, but not limited to Meta, Google, Reddit, Tiktok, X/Twitter.. Help maintain good balance of acquisition efforts across iOS, Android, and Web . Help manage growth marketing operations and day-to-day tasks including spend pacing, reporting, campaign & creative briefing, and shareouts. . Contribute in identifying and implementing data-driven optimizations on an ongoing basis.. Collaborate with teams spanning creative, data science, product marketing, and business development.. Build your knowledge of financial service products and how to meet UA, CAC, and ROI goals.. Have ample opportunity to bring forward ideas and contribute to program innovation, improvement, and troubleshooting.. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in both digital marketing, and financial services. Develop productive working relationships with internal and external marketing partners.. Gain exposure to marketing work beyond digital as we scale our footprint to reach Canadian consumers online, offline, in-person, and everywhere in between.. We're looking for someone who is:. At least 1-2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with emphasis on hands-on experience in-platform for Meta and Google ecosystems. Foundational knowledge of performance marketing pillars such as paid social, paid search, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.. Experience in app acquisition is a plus. Experience in financial services is a plus.
