You will support the strategic internal and external-facing connections and industry organizations, ensuring Nutrafol’s position as the industry leader in this area. As RA Associate, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end regulatory support that will help grow and protect the business.. Responsibilities:. Provide daily regulatory support to the business to deliver key organizational goals and strategies.. Support third-party certification processes and maintain active certifications (e.g., IFANCA Halal, non-GMO tested); stay up-to-date with changes to certification requirements and regulations, where applicable.. Actively engage with a dynamic cross-functional team to ensure compliance of raw materials, formulas, finished products, labeling and advertising, e-commerce, social media, etc. May analyze data in support of ingredient validation and formula compliance.. Support the Sr. Manager RA to implement Regulatory Affairs strategies, policies, and objectives in accordance with Company strategic plans.. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate regulatory deadlines are being met to ensure end-to-end regulatory compliance for the business.. Is recognized as a knowledgeable professional who provides regulatory guidance to support innovative science-based product development and maintenance of the current portfolio.. Keep abreast of compliance developments and changes.. Creates and updates RA Standard Operating Procedures and forms, as needed. . Requirements:. Bachelor's degree in regulatory affairs, science, nutrition, food science, chemistry, etc., or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required.. 1-3 years of direct US topical/cosmetics/personal care products, dietary supplements, foods, OTCs regulatory/quality experience. . Knowledge and experience in FDA and applicable laws and regulations, as well as of cGMP standards. . Experience with document/certification management is a plus.. Applied technical knowledge to ensure product safety and regulatory standards are met throughout the product life cycle.. Effectively prioritize and complete multiple projects in an agile and fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
