Responsibilities:. Ensure your partner’s success by managing KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and strategizing innovative methods to achieve program design and content production goals. Align a broad set of cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, Business, Legal, etc.) to ensure your partners are successful - from recruiting the best applicants to building high quality courses to providing a best-in-class student experience and ensuring on time high quality program and course launches. Deepen the relationship with key partner stakeholders and strengthen overall partnership by driving retention, satisfaction and other key metrics.. Manage the operations and implementation associated with Coursera courses, degrees, and certificate programs, resolving issues as needed to ensure an exceptional student experience. Support consultative presales interactions with our partners in conjunction with our business development team to enable new business partnerships to thrive from the onset. Analyze data to build compelling business cases for resource investment either from Coursera or our partners to make our partners more successful. Travel up to 25%. Basic Qualifications:. 3+ years experience managing relationships with complex partners or clients. Demonstrated history in analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills. Experience in project management and building sound business processes. Preferred Qualifications:. Experience with executive presence and comfort moving between senior stakeholders and operational teams rapidly to enable different audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a cross-functional team leader .
