We’re searching for a visionary and results-driven leader to lead HubSpot’s LATAM ES (Spanish speaking countries except Mexico) sales organization, based in Colombia. As Director of Sales, LATAM, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, strategy, and team leadership while working directly with the VP of Sales, LATAM. This role requires a strong ability to build, develop, and lead a team of high-performing sales managers while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, RevOps, partners and customer success to drive new business and expansion across the HubSpot platform.. We are looking for people who:. Proven Sales Leadership: 8+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales leadership experience, with at least 3+ years leading sales managers.. Track Record of Scaling Teams: Experience building and leading high-growth sales teams across LATAM, ideally in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.. Go-To-Market Expertise: Strong understanding of LATAM’s sales landscape, pipeline management, and business expansion strategies.. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience partnering across marketing, sales operations, and customer success to optimize revenue generation.. Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage analytics, KPIs, and forecasting to refine strategies and improve performance..
