We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to help us meet our net new customer acquisition targets by leading, coaching, and motivating a team of high-performing Sales Executives..  . What you’ll do:. You will manage a team of Sales Executives, and you’ll ensure they flawlessly execute on their sales tasks, which include:  . Lead a high-performing sales team and guide them to achieve growth and hit sales targets. . Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding client needs. . Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executive team members. .  . What we’re looking for:. 7-10 years’ experience in sales, with a track record in meeting sales targets. . Successful previous experience in sales leadership, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.  . Previous experience working for a tech company focusing on EOR, Payroll or HR preferred.  . Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. . Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. . Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or finance discipline.  . Excellent knowledge of Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and other standard tools used within the Sales and Marketing function is strongly preferred..  .
