We are looking for an experienced and highly strategic B2B Marketing Manager Lead, focused on leading the sales enablement function, improving the effectiveness of our Sales organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing enablement programs, tools, content, and processes that will empower our sales professionals to achieve their revenue goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other key stakeholders, to ensure alignment and success.. THE TEAM. This role will be a part of the Product Marketing team at Eventbrite. Our Product Marketing team’s mission is to champion the needs of event creators and consumers to bring irresistible product experiences to market, ensuring customers on both sides of the marketplace understand how Eventbrite’s products and features can enable them to successfully achieve their event-related goals. We are a small and scrappy team that works cross-functionally to act on customer and market insights by influencing multiple teams such as Product, Brand, Sales, and Support, developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for Eventbrite’s suite of products and services. . THE ROLE. This role is a strategic function that drives revenue growth by equipping sales teams with the insights, content, and marketing materials needed to engage customers effectively. This includes developing sales collateral, content, and more, while driving alignment on core customer needs and compelling messaging and positioning. The goal is to bridge the gap between marketing efforts and sales execution, driving revenue growth through strategic enablement initiatives.. YOU WILL. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to enhance the productivity of the sales team.. Create, manage, and optimize sales content, playbooks, training materials, and other enablement resources.. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure sales teams have the latest product knowledge, messaging, and competitive insights.. Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires to accelerate ramp-up time.. Implement and manage sales enablement tools, CRM enhancements, and technologies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.. Establish KPIs and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives on sales performance and revenue growth.. Solve ambiguous challenges. Identify areas of opportunity, proactively address business problems, and drive strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to sales leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.. THE SKILLSET. 10-12 years of experience in sales enablement, B2B marketing, or sales training, with a Bachelor’s degree. 8 years with a Master’s degree.. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.. Exceptional Communication: Ability to craft compelling narratives, deliver polished presentations, and clearly articulate complex concepts.. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.. Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing sales performance metrics.. Passion for empowering sales teams and driving measurable business impact.. Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where solutions need to be built from the ground up.. Leadership & Influence: Strong stakeholder management skills, Fantastic communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently present to executives/senior management and peers
