As a Services Enablement Learning Analyst I, you will assist all Tekionites as part of the Service Enablement Learning Team. You are responsible for facilitating engaging and compelling training experiences for employees. They will work under the guidance of experienced Learning and Development (L&D) professionals to deliver pre-designed training programs, utilize instructional design tools, and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning materials. In this role, you will help move the Tekion team forward through an iterative process that incorporates feedback from across the company. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, using established curriculum and materials.. . Facilitate pre-defined discussions and activities to enhance learner understanding and retention.. . Utilize remote presentation platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom) to deliver virtual training sessions effectively.. . . Learner Support:. . . Provide constructive feedback to learners on their performance during and after training sessions.. . Administer assessments and situational exercises (role-plays) to evaluate learner knowledge and skills.. . Update assessment questions as needed, following established approval processes.. . . Content Development & Maintenance:. . . Learn and utilize instructional design tools (PowerPoint, Storyline) to create and modify training materials under supervision.. . Collaborate with Training Managers and Leads to review and refine learning content.. . Utilize project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) to track assigned tasks and project progress.. . . Continuous Improvement:. . . Seek feedback from colleagues and learners to enhance personal performance and training effectiveness.. . Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and instructional approaches.. . Evaluate and identify potential improvements to existing training content and delivery methods.. . . Collaboration and Communication:. . . Maintain open and consistent communication with project leads and managers, providing regular updates on task status and any challenges encountered.. . Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing knowledge and providing support as needed.. . Actively participate in team meetings and discussions, contributing ideas and insights.. . . Technical Skills:. . . Develop a basic understanding of the company's products and the automotive industry.. . Develop a working knowledge of adult learning concepts and processes to inform instructional practices.. . . Skills and Experience. . . Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.. . 0-1 year of experience in training, facilitation, or an instructional role. Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.. . Certifications in learning and development, such as Certified Learning and Performance Professional (CLPP) or Association for Talent Development (ATD) certifications.. . . Preferred Skills. . . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.. . Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtually.. .
