Senior Sales Operations Analyst (Americas & WW Solutions Architect) GitLab. The Senior Sales Strategy Analyst will be a critical partner in shaping GitLab's go-to-market strategy. The position plays a direct role in optimizing sales effectiveness and accelerating revenue growth. It will be responsible for uncovering actionable insights from complex sales data, and collaborating with sales leadership and other cross-functional stakeholders. It will primarily support the Americas direct sales organization and the WW Solution Architect (SA) organization. . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating analysis into strategic recommendations that drive measurable impact and improve sales performance.. What you’ll do. Be a trusted advisor to Sales and Solutions Architect Leadership. Partner with Sales, SA, Marketing, Ecosystem, Finance and Product teams to develop go-to-market strategies. Support SA and AMER sales teams on territory planning, resource alignment, and quota setting. Collaborate with regional sales leaders and SA teams to execute sales management disciplines and processes (forecasting, QBRs, pipeline analysis and development) . Conduct sophisticated, detailed analysis and clearly communicate results . Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators . Create and deliver presentations to support CRO and Sales Leaders in internal Sales events. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Independently manage initiatives from ideation to execution. Develop an understanding of and stay current with the competitive landscape. What you'll bring. Demonstrated progressive experience in an analytical role within a technology business. Preference for Sales Strategy or Business Intelligence/Analytics experience.. Experience working with sales-focused teams to analyze performance metrics. Proficiency with SQL, Salesforce, and Tableau. Excellent quantitative and problem solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail . Curiosity and eagerness to uncover new processes and insights . Alignment with GitLab’s . values. Management consulting experience valued, but not required. The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
