Accounts Receivable Coordinator Influential. Influential is looking for an experienced . Accounts Receivable Coordinator. to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in billing and collections, who thrives in high-volume environments, communicates proactively, and is eager to continuously improve processes. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with clients on outstanding payments, and supporting a smooth billing operation in the fast-paced world of influencer marketing.. Key Responsibilities:. Generate and send invoices to customers in accordance with contract terms. Process and apply incoming payments (checks, ACH) to customer accounts. Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due accounts. Coordinate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues. Maintain clear records of collections efforts and customer correspondence. Reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger and assist with month-end close. Prepare AR reports and assist with audit and documentation requests. Identify opportunities to improve billing and collections processes and workflows. Qualifications:. Physically based on the East Coast. 2+ years of experience in billing, ideally within accounts receivable or a related role. High-volume billing experience strongly preferred. Comfortable working directly with clients to manage collections and follow-up. Strong attention to detail and ability to critically think through processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive communicator who regularly checks in with their manager, and is comfortable asking questions and taking ownership of finding solutions. Experience with AR software and ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite). Bookkeeping knowledge is a plus, but not required. Bonus Points For:. Exposure to automated billing and AR management tools.
