Design and implement reliable, scalable backend services and APIs.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Frontend, and Data.. Contribute to backend engineering standards and code review processes.. Help ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and security standards (HIPAA, HiTrust).. About You. Experience:. 4+ years of backend software engineering experience.. Demonstrated ability to ship and support production-grade systems at scale.. Technical Skills:. Proficient in . Node.js. and/or . Python. (TypeScript a plus).. Strong grasp of API development, microservices, database design, and authentication..
