Product Manager - Cloud Service Ditto. Location Information: USA. As the Product Manager for Ditto Cloud, Ditto’s cloud-based managed service, you will work closely with Product Leadership to ensure that the product meets customer needs and aligns with the company strategy for long-term success. This is not a hands-off strategy role, we are looking for someone who will become intimately familiar with the product and ultimately be a technical expert in how customers use it. You will drive forward high-visibility and strategic projects with a variety of stakeholders and become the go-to product person for all things Cloud in Ditto.. As a Product Manager, you will:. Work directly with Product Leadership to ensure that your product area aligns with the company strategy . Work directly with customers and customer-facing teams to ensure that the product is meeting customer needs and explore new product opportunities. Own your product area end-to-end: contribute to documentation, blog posts, demos, and marketing materials for new features. Collaborate with the broader product team to ensure success for cross-functional projects involving your product area. Work with your associated Engineering team(s) to define and prioritize projects including customer requests, tech debt, and specific initiatives; making trade-off calls as required. Actively maintain a view of how the market, competition, and adjacent technologies evolve, and factor this information into the direction of your product area. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent industry experience). 2+ Years Experience in Product Management for a highly technical product. 2+ Years working on a cloud-based managed service. Hands-on experience with at least one of the following cloud providers: AWS, GCP, Azure. A keen interest to learn, Ditto is innovating and moving fast, you won’t have all the answers but must be capable of finding them.
