Deep understanding of Salesforce standard and custom objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, and automation best practices.. Problem-Solving & Solution Design:. Ability to understand stakeholder challenges and translate business requirements into scalable, effective system solutions with minimal oversight.. GTM Tool Proficiency:. Familiarity with additional GTM tools such as Gainsight, Outreach, Gong, and Zendesk, and the ability to maintain, integrate, and optimize them with Salesforce.. Project Management & Prioritization:. Experience managing system roadmaps, intake processes, and change management in a fast-paced, agile environment.. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: .
