As a senior member of the data science team, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams to shape the next generation of Session AI’s intelligence capabilities.. Key Responsibilities. . Lead the research, advanced analytics, and feature engineering efforts across AI/ML applications.. . Design and develop experiments for machine learning models and statistical algorithms to drive product and customer insights.. . Translate complex analytics, performance metrics, observations and findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.. . Collaborate with leadership, product managers and engineers to explore innovative ideas and lead AI initiatives.. . Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best practices in data science and advanced analytics.. . Stay up to date with the latest in AI/ML research.. . Requirements. Qualifications. . 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics.. . Strong problem-solving skills.. . String analytical skills.. . Deep knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, time-series forecasting, clustering, and recommendation systems.. . Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) with experience using libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, . PyTorch. , XGBoost, etc.. . Proficiency in SQL.. . Experience troubleshooting production issues and doing root-cause analysis.. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical content to diverse audiences.. .
