We're now extending our platform with AI-powered assistants and automation systems, and we’re looking for a Tech Lead – ML / AI to help us build it right. You’ll lead the technical design and implementation of our LLM-based systems, ensuring they’re secure, scalable, and well-monitored — not just clever demos. . What You’ll Own As the Tech Lead, you’ll: . ● Architect and evolve our LLM-powered RAG . pipelines. (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) . ● Define technical direction for AI/ML systems alongside backend and data teams . ● Lead the implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and security practices for AI workflows . ● Implement or guide hybrid retrieval, prompt engineering, embedding strategies . ● Own model integration, deployment and scaling via Docker, FastAPI, CI/CD . ● Ensure compliance with GDPR, RBAC, audit logging and data handling best practices . ● Mentor other engineers in the AI team and drive adoption of production-grade ML standards. Requirements. What We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills: . ● 5+ years experience in ML/AI Engineering or . MLOps. . ● Proven track record leading or architecting AI systems in production . ● Strong hands-on knowledge of LLMs, LangChain, vector stores (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone) . ● Experience deploying RAG or chatbot systems . ● Familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, GitHub Actions, and Python packaging . ● Awareness of data privacy, security and GDPR practices in ML workflows . ● Comfortable working independently and making architectural decisions . Nice-to-Have: . ● Experience with LLMOps tools like Langfuse, Weights & Biases, BentoML, etc. . ● Prior exposure to streaming inference, token cost control, or multi-tenant LLM platforms . ● Understanding of fine-tuning or prompt-evaluation pipelines.
