Our team is made of former founders and operators with experience in insurance, enterprise B2B, eCommerce, and consumer products.. . What you’ll do: . . . Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.. . Preprocess and clean raw data to ensure quality, consistency, and reliability for analysis and modeling purposes.. . Optimize and fine-tune models by selecting appropriate algorithms, features, and hyperparameters.. . Validate and assess model performance.. . Design and implement end-to-end machine learning . pipelines. , from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.. . Collaborate with platform teams to automate model deployment, scaling, and management processes.. . . Qualifications:. . . 4+ years of professional experience as a data scientist, ML engineer, or in a similar role.. . Experience with classical NLP algorithms and transformer-based models. . Hands-on experience with LLMs and Huggingface ecosystem. . Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). . Strong shell scripting skills. . .
