Responsibilities. Implement robust Python systems. Contribute to decisions on data models, application architecture, and API structures. Implement new services, refactor existing pipelines, debug complex clinical-data issues, and augment product reliability through improvements to testing and observability. Bolster company engineering culture by participating in code reviews, product demos, and ideation sessions. Collaborate with our Product, Data Science, and Clinical teams to deliver a reliable (and delightful!) experience to our end users. Minimum Qualifications. 3+ years experience as a software engineer, with a focus on backend systems. Expertise in Python. Experience with databases and cloud tooling (Postgres, AWS, Terraform, etc.). Demonstrated delivery of complex technical projects, particularly those that require cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with healthcare is great, but experience in any complex data system counts!.
