Senior Growth Analyst. , you will play a critical role in driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across products. You’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that fuel strategic decisions and improve the user journey end-to-end — from first ad impression to renewal. Working closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams, you’ll design robust tracking systems, analyze funnel performance, and optimize experiments to unlock growth opportunities and enhance user experience across all touchpoints.. . . . What will you do:. . . Transform big query data & analyse it to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to enhance design, acquisition & product strategies and initiatives.. . Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards on key metrics. Communicate findings and insights to the team and management to assist decision-making.. . Assisting in market research to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends.. . Conduct data analyses that lead to actionable insights on customer segmentation and profiling.. . Ensure data accuracy and consistency, and manage data cleansing activities when necessary.. . Use insights derived from data to suggest tests and assist in developing new strategies to improve product effectiveness. . Going deep into data and unearthing gems that could improve User experience, and other key business metrics. Be it ads, web, store or in-product experience.. . Analysis from the analytics team on the “adequacy” of events that are implemented by the product team when a feature is released. We should be able to track all the way from user entry point/engagement of the feature to revenue metrics, basically the ability to track (& understand impact) on all key metrics.. . . About you:. . . At least 5 years of experience in growth, product, or marketing analytics roles, preferably in B2C or SaaS environments.. . Proficiency in at least one BI tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI for building dashboards and visualizing complex data.. . Strong hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses like Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Snowflake.. . Solid understanding of product analytics, including funnel analysis, retention, cohorting, and event tracking.. . Proven ability to analyze marketing performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates across web, app, and ads.. . Strong foundation in statistics and experimental design, including A/B testing and interpretation of impact.. . Familiarity with Python for data exploration and automation is a strong plus.. . Experience with Tableau and/or building self-serve dashboards for stakeholders is a nice-to-have.. . Knowledge of machine learning concepts like segmentation or LTV modeling is a plus.. .
