Create and optimise prompt libraries for multiple AI use cases. . Automate workflows across Google Sheets, email, and CRM tools. . Set up data feedback loops and reporting dashboards. . Ensure GDPR-safe handling of attendee/sponsor data. . Translate business use cases into structured GPT workflows. . Build and version prompts using best practices (including memory, tone, formatting). . Create dashboards to track agent usage, performance, and feedback. . Automate tasks using Google Sheets (Apps Script/Zapier/Make integrations). . Document processes and handover guides clearly. . Requirements. . . Demonstrable experience with GPTs / ChatGPT / OpenAI API . . Strong workflow design and automation (Zapier, Make, Google Workspace). . Strong spreadsheet fluency (Google Sheets, basic scripting, formatting, dashboards). . Experience working in SaaS, events, media, or B2B lead generation environments. .
