You’ll play a key role in analyzing user acquisition performance, identifying opportunities for scale, and providing insights that shape our marketing decisions.. . Analyze the performance of paid UA campaigns across multiple channels. . Identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities in acquisition, retention, and monetization. . Collaborate with UA, Creative, Product, and Monetization teams to drive campaign improvements. . Design and evaluate tests for creatives, offers, targeting, and other performance levers. . Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations. . Partner with the Data Science team to improve how we interpret and apply modeled metrics. . Mentor marketers and cross-functional partners in marketing analytics and data literacy. . . ✅ Requirements:. . . 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics within mobile gaming. . Strong understanding of UA mechanics and campaign performance measurement. . Advanced SQL skills; able to work efficiently with large datasets (ClickHouse experience is a plus). . Confident with Python (especially Pandas, NumPy). . Proficient in creating data visualizations and dashboards (Matplotlib, Seaborn). . Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests. . Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Power BI). . Excellent communication skills — able to tell compelling stories with data. . Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in cross-functional environments. .
