We are currently looking for . Senior Data Engineer . to create a leading digital innovation center in Poland with us.. . 🚀Areas of the project:. . Develop and maintain robust, scalable streaming data . pipelines. (primarily clickstream), enabling real-time and batch data processing.. . Design and implement data solutions for Self-Service Analytics, supporting business users with accessible, reliable data.. . Monitor, optimize, and ensure data quality and integrity across pipelines and analytics solutions.. . . 🚀 What do you need to have to join us:. Must haves:. . Strong proficiency in Python. (~60% of work) and . Scala. (key for streaming pipelines); Java/Kotlin are less relevant but JVM familiarity is a plus.. . Experience in building and maintaining . streaming pipelines. (e.g., Apache Beam, Dataflow, or similar).. . Deep knowledge of . Google Cloud Platform. – especially BigQuery, Composer, and Dataflow.. . Expertise in SQL and DBT (essential for Self-Service Analytics).. . Solid understanding of data modeling and cloud data warehouse architecture.. . Experience with Spark or . PySpark. (not necessarily in a Hadoop environment).. . Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Docker.. . Proficient in Git or similar version control systems.. . Adherence to software development best practices (Clean Code, CI/CD, code reviews).. . Interest in emerging technologies (Generative AI, LLMs, Copilot).. . Teamwork, autonomy, and proactive attitude.. . English at B2 level, Polish at C1 or better. .. . You have to be eligible to work in Poland (citizenship, residency, work permit or local self-proprietorhsip). . Nice to haves:. .
