Role Summary. . As the Technical Program Manager – . AI Enablement, you will lead multiple AI-related programs across the organization. . These programs may include AI for code generation, CI/CD pipeline enhancement, intelligent meeting note-takers, conversational AI in Slack, and other innovative use cases. Your mission is to operationalize and scale AI capabilities in a secure, responsible, and efficient manner.. . Responsibilities. . . Program Ownership: Lead cross-functional programs focused on the evaluation, piloting, and rollout of AI tools across engineering, operations, and business teams.. . Vendor Evaluation: Collaborate with internal teams to assess third-party AI tools (e.g., code assistants, Slack AI bots, automated note-takers) and make informed recommendations.. . Implementation Planning: Develop roadmaps, success metrics, and rollout strategies for each AI initiative.. . Technical Coordination: Partner with engineering, Engineering Operations, and security teams to ensure safe, effective, and compliant integration of AI technologies.. .
