You know how to set a talent strategy, and you’re also comfortable rolling up your sleeves to take on open roles yourself. You’ve led and grown recruiting teams that include both sourcers and full-cycle recruiters, and you’re energized by the challenge of building scalable, inclusive processes that support a company’s next stage of growth.. In this role, you’ll report to the Sr. Director of People Operations, who oversees the broader People department. You’ll work closely with leaders across all functions to understand their hiring goals, coach them through best practices, and build a high-performing talent engine that brings exceptional people into the company. You’ll mentor and guide a growing team, help shape our employer brand, and make sure we’re continuously improving how we attract, assess, and hire talent.. Lead and scale the talent acquisition function to meet current and future hiring needs, across both technical and non-technical roles. . Manage, coach, and grow the recruiting team, fostering a culture of ownership, development, and continuous improvement. . Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deeply understand hiring needs. . Contribute to our remote workforce and find the best candidates around the globe. . Build and optimize recruiting processes that are scalable and mindful of the candidate experience - from sourcing through to offer. . Drive a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline, leveraging sourcing strategies, referrals, and tools. . Own talent data and reporting, using analytics to improve hiring velocity, quality of hire, and team performance. . Champion an excellent candidate experience that reflects Constructor’s values and culture. . Develop and execute employer branding initiatives that position Constructor as an employer of choice in our key markets. . Contribute to company wide talent strategy as a key member of the People leadership team, aligning talent plans with broader organizational goals. . Requirements. . Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. . 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles, with at least 5+ years in a people management role. . Experience scaling a recruiting function within a fast-paced or startup environment. . Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop recruiters and recruiting managers. . Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering directly with senior leadership. . Comfortable using recruiting data and reporting tools to drive insights, strategy, and performance. . Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. . Clear and persuasive communicator - both written and verbal. . Demonstrated commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams. . You are thoughtful, proactive, and adaptable, and bring a sense of ownership and care to your work. . Benefits. .
