We seek a highly experienced and strategically minded Senior Data & AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key technical authority, you will leverage your data and AI engineering mastery to design and oversee robust, scalable data . pipelines. and innovative AI/ML models. Your exceptional communication skills will be paramount in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes. You will play a crucial role in evaluating, selecting, recommending, and implementing relevant technologies, tools, and practices aligned with product strategy and client priorities in an agile, hands-on fashion. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, quality, and availability for AI/ML solutions.. . Develop, deploy, and optimize AI/Machine Learning models, including deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs), to address complex business problems and drive innovation.. . Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in data and AI initiatives to both internal teams and clients, influencing high-level technical decisions and setting best practices and standards.. . Lead client interactions to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for AI integration, and provide clear, concise recommendations on AI strategy and implementation.. . Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.. . 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, machine learning engineering, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering AI solutions.. . Expert-level proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar.. . Proven experience implementing big data . ETL. /ELT processes, data transformation techniques, and pipeline automation (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Airflow).. . Proven experience working with unstructured data such as text, images, and audio, including building pipelines for ingestion, processing, and analysis using cloud-native tools and AI/ML services.. . Experience implementing both real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines, leveraging streaming platforms and data orchestration tools to support scalable, low-latency processing and analytics.. . Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform) and integrating AI solutions into cloud-based systems, including specific services like Azure Machine Learning, Azure Foundry, Azure Synapse, Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Virtual Machines.. . Proficiency in SQL and experience with various database systems (relational and NoSQL), data warehousing, and data lake solutions (Azure SQL, CosmosDB, Azure Data Lakes).. . Demonstrated experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, or Snowflake.. .
