We’re seeking a highly motivated, technically fluent operator to lead the design, integration, and automation of systems that drive efficiency, performance, and growth. This hands-on role will initially focus on Sales operations, revamping workflows and unifying tools across CRM, lead gen, outreach, and performance tracking.. Over time, your remit will expand across Recruiting, Client Delivery, and Operations, making this a high-growth, high-impact opportunity for someone eager to architect scalable solutions across the business. You will be connecting platforms, reducing manual work, and applying AI to streamline how teams operate. This is a foundational role with long-term visibility and firmwide influence.. Key Responsibilities. Sales Workflow Overhaul & Tech Stack Automation. Lead the redesign of our Sales workflow and tech stack; identify inefficiencies, architect automations, and build integrated systems using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Apollo.. Automate outreach and follow-ups via platforms like Make, Zapier, or n8n, connecting our CRM, lead lists, and enrichment tools.. Expand Automation Across Teams. After optimizing Sales, extend your impact to Recruiting, Operations, and Delivery, standardizing and automating high-volume or repetitive processes.. Design workflows that span departments while maintaining clear ownership and traceability.. System Integration & Performance Visibility. Integrate tools via API, webhooks, or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js) to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization.. Build dashboards and reports that track KPIs across sales and other functions—highlighting activity, conversions, and operational bottlenecks.. Data Integrity & Enablement. Own the cleanliness and accuracy of data across systems. Implement data validation routines and real-time syncing to power reliable decision-making.. Provide training and documentation so team members can adopt systems with confidence and autonomy.. AI Tooling & Innovation. Apply AI platforms like OpenAI, Claude, or Perplexity to augment outbound messaging, automate research, and support workflow decisions.. Build reusable AI and automation modules that enhance productivity across functions.. Collaboration & Execution. Work cross-functionally with leaders in Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, and Operations to identify needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver solutions.. Be a builder: hands-on, iterative, and execution-focused while thinking strategically about scale.. Qualifications. 2–5 years of experience in RevOps, TechOps, Sales/Marketing Ops, or a similar role focused on automation, workflow optimization, or system integration.. Strong English written and verbal communication skills . Strong command of tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).. Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and scripting (JavaScript, Python, Node.js preferred).. Familiarity with sales outreach tools, lead enrichment (e.g., Apollo, Clearbit), and recruiting or applicant tracking systems is a plus.. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate processes, prioritize high-leverage improvements, and implement quickly.. Clear communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical audiences.. Experience with AI tools or interest in operationalizing them across functions is a significant advantage..
