The Role. Drivenets is seeking a tech-savvy Systems & AI Automation Specialist to join our MIS team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about streamlining operations using AI-driven tools and automation platforms. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automations across operational systems such as Slack, O365, Monday.com, Salesforce, and others. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business operations to improve internal workflows, deploy self-service systems, increase internal transparency, and eliminate manual workflows.. Responsibilities. · Identify automation opportunities in cross-functional processes and propose AI-based and automation-heavy solutions, driving a bias toward self-service, transparent, push-based architectures into the organization.. · Build and maintain automation flows across tools such as Slack, Monday, Jira, Confluence, O365, and more.. · Create/improve internal tools and APIs to create seamless, low-friction, lightweight systems and processes that expedite user interactions with our services, increasing resolution velocity with a minimum person-to-person interaction surface.. · Design AI-driven assistants, bots, and workflows to support internal teams (e.g., chat bots, smart routing, task assignments, dashboards).. · Work with stakeholders from R&D, Product, HR, and IT to map business needs into technical implementations. Drive the implementation and deployment of identified service enhancements.. · Leverage LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Google, others) to improve employee productivity.. · Implement system scripts or middleware integrations (e.g., using Python, Node.js, Zapier, Workato, Tines, n8n).. · Ensure automations are reliable, secure, and well-documented.. · Monitor usage and performance of automation flows and continually optimize.. · Drive an automation-first bias into the organization through mentorship, training, prior experience, and industry knowledge.. · Provide Tier-2 support for business application issues and escalations, exhibiting the principles of service ownership in every artifact you produce.. · Document everything.. · Own your service from inception to sunset.. . Requirements. . · Be kind.. · Have a strong technical background with experience in scripting (Python/C++/Java JavaScript/Shell/). · Have proven experience in building, deploying and supporting automation solutions (e.g., using Workato, Tines, Zapier, Make, n8n or similar). · Have hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT API, Google Vertex AI). · Have experience integrating and automating workflows in tools like Slack, Monday, Jira, O365, Salesforce, and other internal platforms.. · Be familiar with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys). · Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. · Have excellent communication and collaboration skills. · Have experience working with globally distributed workforces and different cultures/languages.. · Possess a bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience..
