REQUIREMENTS. . . 15+ years of experience in software, ML, or AI engineering; with at least 3+ years working directly on LLMs or AI applications.. . Experience with prompt engineering, prompt templates, system message design, and evaluation/testing strategies for LLM behavior.. .
