Test and implement the newest AI tools in recruitment and sales workflows. . Support our teams by automating repetitive tasks and integrating AI into daily processes. . Research new AI applications and propose improvements to how we source, communicate, and manage candidate data. . Collaborate on experiments and mini-projects, presenting results and next steps. . Gain first-hand experience in recruitment and business development in a fast-growing tech company. . . . Requirements. . . Student or recent graduate from an engineering, IT, or related technical field. . Native interest and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Notion AI, Zapier, etc). . Curious about applying AI to real business challenges. . Able to work independently, learn quickly, and share your findings with the team. . Communicative in English (B2 or higher). . Nice to Have. . . Experience with low-code/no-code automation. .
