Reporting to the Manager of Operations, you will work to develop Salesforce automations and workflows to support org-wide needs, such as data tracking and processes. This role will oversee all aspects of Salesforce’s functionality, including the integrations of external platforms, such as FormAssembly, PandaDoc, Google Workspace, and Disco AI Social Learning. A key part of your role will involve a deep understanding of Salesforce and providing ongoing expertise in backend operations to improve efficiency.. WHAT YOU’ll DO. Key responsibilities will include:. Salesforce Administration (50%). . Collaborate with partners, participants, and staff to define and document optimal workflow processes.. . Configure and maintain Salesforce objects (Contacts, Opportunities, Enrollments, Venues, Campaigns).. . Design and deploy automated web forms (e.g., FormAssembly) for registrations, reports, and surveys.. . Maintain program-related records (enrollment, attendance, impact metrics) with accurate data mappings.. . Serve as the subject-matter expert on Salesforce backend operations.. . Design advanced dashboards and data-visualization projects to support strategic decision-making.. . Continuously refine data structures, validation rules, and process builders to align with organizational goals.. . Monitor new Salesforce releases and propose feature enhancements.. . Automate email alerts, approval processes, and task assignments to support partner coordination.. . Build custom dashboards and reports to surface insights on engagement, program impact, and donor retention.. . . Workflow & System Integration (10%). . Optimize and integrate Salesforce with external systems (PandaDoc, Disco, Google Drive).. . Configure connections to email-marketing platforms, donation processors, and event-management tools.. . Embed external waivers/clauses into FormAssembly and ensure seamless sync with Salesforce.. . Update workflows, fields, and reports to meet evolving cross-departmental requirements.. . . Collaboration & Training (10%). . Partner with the Manager of Operations to intake and prioritize cross-departmental data and reporting requests.. . Train staff on Salesforce best practices: data entry, report creation, and workflow management.. . Act as a strategic thought partner—participate in solution design workshops and process‐improvement initiatives.. . Provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical support for Salesforce-related issues.. . . AI Generalist (30%—embedded across duties). . Solution Discovery: Research and evaluate AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, custom bots, APIs) relevant to STEM From Dance’s needs.. . Rapid Prototyping: Develop quick-turn integrations or proof-of-concepts—chatbots for participant FAQs, AI-driven data-cleanup scripts, automated content generators.. . Testing & Assessment: Design test plans to measure effectiveness, accuracy, and ROI of AI implementations.. . Deployment & Documentation: Implement approved AI solutions; create user guides, training materials, and governance guidelines.. . Cross-Functional Enablement: Collaborate with IT, Programs, Development, and Marketing to identify AI use cases and drive adoption.. . Requirements. Qualifications. Required:. . 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).. . . Proven experience with FormAssembly or similar form builders integrated into Salesforce.. . . Strong understanding of data modeling, process automation, and report/dashboard creation.. . . Familiarity with REST APIs and middleware platforms.. . . Excellent communication skills and ability to train non-technical users.. . . Demonstrated curiosity about AI technologies and their practical applications.. . . Preferred:. .
